| Dave was a prolific scorer in the early seventies prior to
his departure to Gidea Park & Romford where he enjoyed many years as a
leading batsman. He rejoined in 1993 and captained the side to promotion to
Division 1 in the year prior to the current league format. Dave enjoys the
social side of things from what he can remember. Has taken up bowling but
without the recognition he craves. Made the 1st slip/3rd Man position his
own. Retired from 1st team cricket with the introduction of the warm-up. Noted for his guitar playing on tour with a full repertoire of 'American Pie' and 'The Boxer' |
